Refund policy

Dry Goods:
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. You must reach out with pictures or video showing the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, you must show proof the item was damaged upon arrival.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@flowingoasis.com. If your return is accepted, you must return the item to: 265 S Jefferson St. Kittanning, PA 16201. Once the item is received, you will have the option of a full refund of your purchase price (this will exclude the cost of shipping) or a replacement item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DOA (Dead On Arrival):
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee on all animals and plants. Please take pictures of any DOA livestock in the UNOPENED bag next to the packing slip. Email the pictures to support@flowingoasis.com with your order number and DOA as the title of the email. Any additional pictures of dead livestock in a container or on a paper towel are appreciated. Please include a picture of remaining living animals and a count of them in the email.
The original purchase cost of the deceased will be refunded minus discounts applied and shipping costs. We do not refund the cost of shipping.

Due to bio-security concerns, we do not accept returns of live fish or plants under any circumstances. We will work with our customers to correct any issues.

Lost/Missing/Stolen Packages:
We will not be held liable for any lost/misplaced/stolen packages that have been successfully marked as delivered. We guarantee to send your packages to the address that you provided at check out. Should your package be marked delivered via tracking, please reach out to your local branch to confirm where the package was placed.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your order without penalty prior to shipping. If you cancel an order after we have shipped or refuse delivery for any reason, we will refund the price of the merchandise minus shipping charges, return shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.

If livestock is rejected or cancelled after shipping for any reason, there will be no refund
