Shipping policy
All orders will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is places. Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. Please note that processing times and transit times are separate. Processing time is the amount of time needed for us to ship your order. Transit time is the amount of time your order will be with the carrier traveling to you.
Our standard shipping options are as follows:
- Live animals (minus Koi) are shipped UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, or UPS 2nd Day Air
- DOA Guarantee does not apply to 2nd Day Air shipping nor does it qualify for refunds. Customer assumes all risk when selecting 2nd Day Air
- Koi are only shipped UPS Next Day Air
- Live plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail
- All dry goods will be shipped via selection from the customer (UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select)
Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere outside of the contiguous United States
We reserve the right to hold an order based on shipping conditions in your area. We reserve the right to cancel an order if insulation/heat pack is not purchased with the order. If the weather in your area is unsafe to receive perishable items, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.
